LU Design Build was founded on the premise that designing and remodeling your home should be easier.
After over a decade in the remodeling industry, we’ve seen just how much homeowners can be overwhelmed by the renovation process. From design concept to scheduling contractors, there can be as many as five or more intermediaries who each have their own process. By the time your remodel is completed, you’re paying more for the end product and you have experienced more headaches than necessary. That’s why we are the antithesis of traditional remodelers and contractors.

Our approach begins with you collaborating closely with a designer and a skilled construction manager to develop a plan that meets your needs and works with your budget to ensure a streamlined process. From initial design to final touches, we guide your home remodel, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
