Our design services

Below is what is included in our design services:

  • Assist with interior material, finish, and furnishings selections. Examples: furniture, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile, wall coverings, window treatments, rugs, accessories, and artwork

  • Assist with placement and styling of selections

  • Assist with paint color choices

  • Provide furniture layout

  • Provide concept drawings

  • Collaborate with architects & engineers when architectural or engineering plans are required

  • Create lighting plans

  • Aid in exterior architectural design

  • Assist with exterior paint color choices

  • Assist with exterior material, finish, and furnishings selections. Examples: Siding, roofing, brick, stone, lighting, outdoor furniture

Drawing on our 20 years of experience, we carefully select top-tier design professionals, tradesman and craftsmen. This collaborative approach guarantees a smooth project journey and stunning results.

  • Pulling Permits: Gather and submit all required documentation for permit applications.  Manage everything from ARB review boards to posting the permit card on your property.

  • Curating Materials: Managing all ordering, lead times, deposits, payments, deliveries, inspecting, staging, inventory, returns, budget tracking. 

  • Project Management: Overseeing the entire construction process, from start to finish ensuring the highest quality control. Budgeting and scheduling. Coordination with subcontractors, scheduling inspections. 

  • Demolition and Removal: Prepping the home interior with proper protections. Removing existing structures or materials and managing debris removal.

  • Framing: Constructing the basic structure of the building.

  • Plumbing: Installing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

  • Electrical Work: Installing electrical wiring, panels, outlets, and fixtures to code.

  • HVAC Installation: Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to code.

  • Drywall Installation and Finishing: Hanging and finishing drywall to create smooth walls and ceilings.

  • Doors and Windows Installation: Precision Door and Window Fitting, Custom Door and Window Installation, Energy-Efficient Door and Window Replacement

  • Painting and Decorating: Applying paint and wallpaper to interior and exterior surfaces.

  • Flooring Installation: Installing hardwood, tile, carpet, or other flooring materials.

  • Cabinetry Installation: Installing custom or prefabricated cabinets.

  • Custom Millwork:  Built-in cabinetry and shelving, custom moldings and trim, decorative paneling and ceilings.

  • Countertop Installation: Installing countertops, such as granite, quartz, or marble.

  • Tile Installation: Installing tile in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.

  • Exterior Work: Siding, roofing, windows, doors, and decks.

  • Post-Construction Cleaning and Staging: Professional cleaning services.
