Skills and Job Responsibilities
Oversee the construction projects from start to finish.
Responsible 100% for all Department Crew members’ actions.
Responsible for posting Weekly Outlines message threads for projects assigned.
Responsible for posting Daily Updates message threads for projects assigned.
Responsible for reporting end of day progress reports.
Responsible for maintaining accurate Project calendars throughout construction.
Responsible for all material purchases and scheduling and supervising of subcontractors for related jobs..
Responsible for day to day Crew activities
Responsible for holding all Crew Members accountable to company standards and expectations.
Responsible for Crew dress code and attendance.
Responsible for project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements for the crew.
Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
Responsible for the development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants during a project.
Ensure that construction activities move according to a predetermined schedule.
Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams and Crew.
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
Perform periodic inspection of projects to compliance of contract guidelines.
Ensure project documents are complete when turning in a completed job folder to the Account Manager.
Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
Serve as a key link with the clients by creating a solid line of communications with clients during the process of the project.
The Project Manager is responsible for making sure that all related job expenses are included in the job folder when it is turned into the Account Manager.
Expenses such as labor time counts, material receipts, misc. expenses and Sub-Contractor receipts so the Actual Project Expenses can be calculated.

Skills and Job Responsibilities
Demo walls, flooring, trims, cabinets, other misc items.
Frame basic walls/structures
Install drywall
Install flooring, basic tile/grout, doors, windows, cabinets and other trims.
Paint walls, ceilings, doors, windows and trims.
Install basic cabinets/vanities
Install baseboard trims or simple crown
Measure, cut, rip, sand, paint, stain, caulk, finish, nail, drill, screw, and install all types of wood or composite materials on basic to moderate construction installations/fabrications.
Assist with and observe carpenters to learn how to start, check, and finish carpentry projects.
Manages laborers as needed
Follow instructions clearly from supervisor

Compiles material take-offs for pickups and deliveries.
Trains an apprentice or other subordinates.
Manages up to 1-3 subordinates effectively.
Basic to medium complexity cabinet installs.
Frame out walls and set door frames.
Maintain and repair all structures made of wood.
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings and trim.
Perform medium to complex tile setting.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Compiles basic material take-offs and coordinates pickups.
Coordinates with Project Manager
Effectively takes direction from Lead Carpenter & PMs to assist in achieving labor goals.
Effectively plans, manages and tracks labor hours.

Leads complex carpentry work on buildings, framings, furniture, cabinetry and other wooden items.
Completes tile and complex project installs within the timeframe assigned.
Inspect sites for safety, changes and progress and communicate effectively to clients and team.
Manage team members and validate their work regularly.
Analyze construction blueprints and plans to create timelines, project layouts, and resource needs.
Prepare, build, repair, and remodel project elements as needed.
Compiles material take-offs and coordinates pickups and deliveries.
Performs complex tile installs within the timeframe assigned.
Performs complex cabinetry installs within the timeframe assigned.
Performs complex millworks installs within the timeframe assigned.
Coordinates with Project Manager & Project Support Manager.
