LU Design Build was founded on the premise that designing and remodeling your home should be easier
After over a decade in the remodeling industry, we’ve seen just how much homeowners can be overwhelmed by the renovation process. From design concept through execution, there can be as many as five or more intermediaries who each have their own process. By the time your remodel is completed, you’re paying more for the end product and you have experienced more headaches than necessary. That’s why we are the antithesis of traditional remodelers and contractors.

How we do it
Our process begins with you collaborating closely with a designer and a skilled construction manager to develop a plan that meets your needs and works with your budget. We manage the project all the way through from design conception to project completion. Our process has streamlined home remodels and eliminated unnecessary frustration!
How we are different
In addition, to being a design build “one-stop-shop” for high-end residential remodels, we are innovative thinkers. With a foundation of communication, creativity, and collaboration, we help clients solve challenges within their spaces by thinking about how to use spaces more functionally. Plus, we offer concierge service to clients: each client gets their own power triad—designer, construction team lead, and project manager—to guide them towards a more functional and beautiful space.

Our company consists of a group of amazing people who care about each other and enjoy working creatively and synergistically. We like to remember that work, although very important, is not the most important thing in life. Family, friends, and relationships are what really matter. We seek out clients, vendors, and staff members who share these same values. We believe that the way we value people and relationships is what makes our team stand out above the rest. We believe working with the right people is crucial in our ongoing mission to serve our clients exceptionally well.
