San Bonita Ave First Floor Remodel

Clayton
Designer: Rochelle McAvin

This comprehensive first-floor remodel in a beautiful, hundred-year-old Clayton residence presented an exciting challenge for the LU Design Build team. The previous layout felt dated and segmented. Our team expertly removed walls and reconfigured the space to achieve the client's vision of a chic, modern, yet timeless transitional design.
The highlight is the dramatic shift from an early 2000s kitchen to a sophisticated black and white culinary haven. Our clients desired a more open and connected living space with a chic, modern aesthetic that would stand the test of time. By strategically removing walls and reconfiguring the floor plan, we achieved a seamless transition between the kitchen, dining room, two living areas, and a full bathroom.
The result is a breathtaking transformation, particularly evident in the stunning black and white transitional kitchen. Browse the photos to see how we blend innovative design with respect for classic architecture.
